This 11.7-acre recreation facility has playground equipment, a sprinkler, a pool, sports fields, tennis and basketball courts. The building has multi-purpose rooms. In 1969 the site was named in honor of William A. Lackman, a police officer from Lawndale killed in the line of duty in Bustleton.
