This 20.1-acre site features playground equipment, a batting cage, hockey court, tennis and basketball courts, and sports fields. In 1993 the site was renamed in honor of Officer Robert Hayes, a Rhawnhurst resident and police officer who died in the line of duty in June of that year. The site is currently under construction.
