Penrose Scholarship Reception

We're always excited to see all of the ways that Philadelphia Parks & Recreation sites work with their communities and community organizations.

We want to give a special shout-out to Penrose Playground and A.T.T.R.A.C.T. Philly staff for partnering with multiple groups and organizations to help provide a scholarship to eight scholars to offset some of the financial obligations of college. We celebrate your hard work, caring attitude, dedication to your education, community, and willingness to be role models to your peers. Congratulations!
